Delores wants to play
Thursday we decided to bicycle part of the Springwater Corridor “rails to trails” bike/pedestrian path. It’s approximately 21 miles from one end to another, with various starting points in and around Portland, near the Willamette River. We drove to Linneman Station, near Gresham, and headed east to Boring, Oregon. The last 2.2 miles is unpaved but still pretty easy to pedal, and in my opinion the most interesting part of the trip because it takes you through more rural terrain. Once we got to Boring, we turned around and came back. All in all we biked 15-16 miles.
For the most part, I’ve figured out how to take good shots with my great macro lens but I’m having difficulties and frustration using my wide-angle lens outdoors. I need to do some more studying and tinkering. This picture isn’t wonderful, but the moment was lovely as we watched the black cat lazily walk up the lane.
