Sugar snap peas
We have soooo many sugar snap peas. In fact, we have a seven-foot tall, sixteen-foot “hedge” of peas. They’re crisp and sweet, and they’re ALL RIPE. We stand around them every night, beer in hand and eat them raw. Then I cook them for dinner. I package freezer bags of them for friends. The cool, wet climate here in the Pacific Northwest has helped contribute to a bumper crop.
