RSVP International herb scissors
I love these handy scissors. They’re super sharp and they effortlessly mince fresh herbs over soups, salads and side dishes. When I saw them at Fruffles earlier this year in Cannon Beach I was intrigued by the concept but didn’t know how often they would see the light of day. As it turns out, I use them all the time! I’ve already given a pair away as a gift.
You can see I minced some fresh, flat leaf parsley over my roasted cream of pumpkin soup.
Two notes:
- I’m a one-man show and I puzzled over how to take a picture of myself actually using a pair of scissors. Thank goodness I didn’t waste much time thinking about it; without clamps and make-shift props it would have been impossible. My husband took this snapshot.
