Kitchen tool review #1 - heart-shaped biscuit cutters
I’m a sucker for heart-shaped anything, so when I found these well-designed, sturdy biscuit cutters by RSVP International at a lovely new shop in Cannon Beach, Oregon called “Fruffles”, I knew I had to have them. Their sides are thin and sharp and make a nice, crisp cut into biscuit and cookie dough. I love the depth of them and there are four different sizes in the set. They’ll probably get a lot of use around Valentine’s Day.
I made these baking powder biscuits last night to complement our clam chowder. For my buttery and flaky biscuit recipe, go here.
