BLT bites – because everything’s better on a stick I made these today with some of our smaller tomatoes from the garden, but you could use romas. Cut out rounds of bread with a little biscuit cutter (1 1/2-inch diameter) and toast them. Spread with a little mayo, then layer on plenty of crispy bacon, lettuce, and a slice of tomato. Top with another little round of toast. Best. party food. ever.
