Beef Burgundy
I don’t know how many people in this country can say this, but I grew up eating Beef Burgundy. My parents usually reserved it for company, but thankfully, not always. It’s one of those favorite weekend meals where you can do most of the preparation early in the day and then enjoy the smell of it permeating through the house all afternoon. Usually I serve it with rice, but sometimes mashed potatoes or noodles are a nice change.
