Mini rum cakes!
I found a lovely little baking pan at Goodwill the other day that made six individual bundt cakes. I had been thinking about making mini rum cakes for a while but this gave me the incentive. As you can see, they turned out just dandy! Now the only problem is that they’re in the refrigerator tempting me. I’ll try this again during the holidays and give them away as gifts.
